When asked about a recent 'Get a Mac' advertisement implying that PC users need surgery to upgrade to Windows Vista, Gates called Apple a liar.
"I don't know why [Apple is] acting like it’s superior. I don't even get it. What are they trying to say?
He says he does not get the mac ads...( just like the PC in the ads :P )
DOh , its an ad , all companies stretch the truth Mr. Gates. Its to be all in fun but Bill is not about fun.. hes about happy corporate partners and locking down the use of the computer you buy.
About Security -

Well as most of those Mac exploits were addressed , while windows has a bug fix every month.
