Bush and Intelligence - like fire and gasoline

President Bush said Monday that with the right intelligence American and Pakistan governments can take out al-Qaida leaders, and wouldn't say whether he would consult first with Pakistan before ordering American forces to act on their own.

"With real actionable intelligence, we will get the job done," Mr. Bush said.

As opposed to the Fake do nothing stupidity we have been using for the past 4 years.

Why do they keep bringing up intelligence when they do not know what it is or how to use it if they had it.
